Why LegalSpire

Software that respects the way lawyers actually work.

We built LegalSpire after watching too many talented attorneys spend their evenings copying notes between systems, hunting for documents in email threads, and writing the same demand letter for the third time that week.

Every workflow in LegalSpire was designed with practicing lawyers — not just engineers. The result is a CRM that thinks in matters, parties, and privilege, with AI that drafts in your firm's voice and never sends a single byte of client data to a public model.

What managing partners say

"We replaced four separate tools with LegalSpire. Onboarding took a week, and we recovered $340,000 of unbilled work in the first quarter — entirely from time the AI flagged that nobody had logged."

— Rachel Mendoza, Managing Partner · Mendoza & Park LLP

"The AI co-counsel is the first legal AI I trust with discovery summaries. Citations on every claim, no hallucinated cases. My associates use it to triage 200-page production sets before lunch."

FAQ

Never. Your matter content stays in your firm's tenant. AI inference runs against the model with retrieval grounded in your documents — outputs are not retained by the model provider.

Most firms migrate inside 14 days. Our migration team imports matters, contacts, time entries, and document trees, and runs reconciliation reports for partner sign-off.

Yes. We maintain SOC 2 Type II, encrypt data at rest and in transit, support customer-managed keys, and provide written security attestations that satisfy ABA and state-bar competence and confidentiality requirements.

When connected to a research provider (Westlaw, Lexis, Fastcase), yes. Citations are verified against the live source before being inserted. We do not generate citations from the model alone.
